Where they fought

Although most of the men from Hindolveston fought on the Western front either in France or Belgium, several fought in Gallipoli and in Gaza and Palestine. Some also served in Ireland, because of the movement for Irish Home Rule.

The lines on the map show where those who died are remembered, with the farthest away (off map) being Jerusalem.
